Today I went for evening walk after the crazy weather of last week and the war situation since last 4 weeks.
It was such a blissful experience. Captured a few visual of the magnificent nature

In the quiet winter night,
The waves kissing the shore,
lost in the realms of far universes,
Surrounded by restless world here,
Walking under the dark Sky,
loving the Silence around
Suddenly I noticed something,
Took me a while to focus,
Then stood still mesmerised,
So I was not lone walker,
There was someone paddling softly,
I stood there time passed by,


Then the overwhelming desire,
To share my thoughts with it,
On the Silent bliss around US,
May be A Promises to meet tomorrow,
When the Sun goes down,
And the PEACE finds us again

Why words like stress, drained,lo energy, lack of enthusiasm is used so frequently
If we sit for few minutes and analysis our day to day situation definitely answers will come. Surprisingly it may not related to the actual situations. It is more from what is happening on the Instagram or other social media platforms. Minimising the mindless scrolling and you may be amazed by the results.
This may not solve all your issues but will give enough time to focus on yourself

When people were healthier then now ?
When they were using the local grown/ locally available ingredients. Fresh and suitable for the people according to the environment
When were the relationships better ?
When the people had one to one contact. It is not that there were no quarrels or arguments or fights, but were not toxic.

The crash of Air India flight from Ahmedabad to London today was very sad and disturbing news.
These incidents are the reminders of The unpredictable and uncertain nature of life. Today marks the end of many dreams for those aboard the ill-fated flight; some were returning home, others visiting loved ones, and still others pursuing their aspirations. Their farewells and embraces with loved ones, unknowingly, proved to be final. For the people awaiting eagerly for their arrival lost their chance.
There may be numerous reasons of WHY, which may come up in coming days. But nothing will ever replace lose of precious lives.
It could be incredibly tragic for those connected to them. The regrets that will never be expressed, the conflicts that will never be resolved, the apologies that will never be offered; this is the pain that will linger with them.
The lesson is to keep your slate clean with the people who matter to you. Talk, resolve, and move on… life is only a moment. Make it count! ✨

Lately, I have been practicing the Art of BLOCKING. The unpleasant situations we face from time to time , leaves one angry, frustrated and with a lot of other (not so pleasant) feelings. And we carry it as baggage , which becomes heavier with passage of time. The question is not who was right or wrong, but it’s effect on You.
Forgive and forget theory does not work most of the time, blocking does. It may not be as easy as blocking a person on social media, but it is effective. A few days of silent or loud visualization of unpleasant experiences would bore the mind. And after a few days, you may hardly remember it.
It may need full attention and awareness in the beginning , gradually it would become auto response. You will have your inner space clean and clear
