Today ‘s weather here. It is my favorite. The best to go for long walks, feel the fresh Air, music of the waves. Being one with the nature, it brings the fresh energy within . 🙏🏻
All the teachers play a big role in our developing years. There have been many who influenced me. But one I remember still is my hindi teacher in grade 8 in school. Her name was Mrs. Sethi. She was an excellent person and I respect her. But the reason I remember her is that she changed my name. My nickname was Dolly and that was registered in school also. While sending the names to high school (9th grade) she changed it to Namrata. She did not ask my mom or me, those were the days of good old friendship types.
Afterwards she told us that Dolly is a very casual kind of name and doesn’t look good on the formal documents. She was right I think. This reminds me of the times when family and friends were genuinely concerned for you.
TODAY- you misspell your own child’s name and imagine…….. Changing name shouldn’ even cross your mind
I do believe in cleansing, as sometimes misplaced energies do effect us negatively. If something is reoccurring, which I am not comfortable with, then I do reflect on .
You’re writing your autobiography. What’s your opening sentence?
Would start with something like this
” I may open a pandora box, nothing to do with your preception of me”
Apart from few , the rest of the people are just there, or come in our life at various stages to give us experiences. We may learn from that and move forward, or crib the bad times.
People who can, should write Autobiography, but who don’t have can get one written by a writer. Nothing fancy or heavy. Your furure generations would have a source to know you better then just a grany or great-grany.😃
Since I wrote a book on my mother, even the people who knew her all their life, were surprised, as they did not know whole lot of things.
