HAIKU #10 CHINAR

M

 The orange glory

              Inviting to fall in love

                         May be Heaven:s path

The chinar trees of Kashmir, creates a hue of golden orange in  Autumn season. It’s exotic beauty can only be felt first hand. When those dried leaves fall slowly creating a carpet of flames, only feeling one has is HEAVENLY.

Unfortunately, as it is happening all around us this magnificent tree is fast disappearing and not much is being done to sustain it

HAIKU #1 A humble attempt

M

This is my first attempt. And first thought was moutains, as  I feel at home surrounded by snow-capped peaks.

Under tons of snow

Deep secrets of the molten glow

                  May be a  volcano ?
