If you could make your pet understand one thing, what would it be?
That humans are weird species
The leatning is for us. Pets wait patiently for us to come home and welcomes with genuine love
They (depending on cast/dogsl are cautious /bark at the strangers. We do the oppsite, welcome outsiders and are insensitive towards own family.
What makes a good leader?
It is a vast subject and can be written at lenght. But just a few points which comes to my mind .
Leadership is a trait which is multidimensional. Goal setting and a clear vision to achieve it is prime quality of a leader. There is a marked difference between dictator and a leader. The people who respect their subordinates and take them along are respected by others. Discipline and time management are the finer qualities of leadership.
If you could un-invent something, what would it be?
Every invention has been beneficial for the mankind till it has been used within limits. Over exploitation is the problem.
So instead of un-inventing, things should be used within limits. Mobiles, internet, AI etc are good tools and have made life easy. It is entirely up to the people to use or over use.
Where can you reduce clutter in your life?
Clutter is not only what we can see or touch . This is one word which holds much deeper meaning. Most of the people do declutter their homes / offices or other spaces where they spend time, once in a while.
But what about our inside spaces?
Over the years we accumulate so much in our memories. It is not just the unpleasant but also the pleasant thoughts or incidences which needs to be emptied. We can choice our own ways and means to that. It helps to lighten our emotional bagages.

What is your favorite animal?
I love watching animals and birds. Their movements are fascinating and therapeutic. There is no favorite as such . Goats grazing in the mountains, sheep moving together is a sight to behold.
Monkeys and Langurs (leaf monkeys) are joy to feed. Whenever I have an opportunity love to feed them bananas. Langurs are little shy

In what ways do you communicate online?
A video call is interactive and gives communication a personal touch. In today’s world, people send one liners on whatsapp or other messanger apps and feel that they communicated, but communication is two way thing. Pleasure of Meeting or calling can never be replaced by chats or messaging apps

The Himalayan are truly magnificent andhas so much to offer. Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh are paradise to explore. As a trekker, I had travelled to so many interior places, and experinced the Nature at it’s best. Each one holds a special place in my memory lane.
The mindless construction in the name of development is destroying the natural habitats and the forests now. The floods in Himachal last year are the frightening reminder of vulnerability of our Eco Systems.
Hope we as a society collectively contribute towards preventing the further damage 🙏

Come up with a crazy business idea.
Create a place where people can see how they look when angry/shouting/ abusive towards others. Nobody wants see ugly pictures of themself.
This may bring a change which would inturn reflect in the environment one lives in

Memories are the precious reminders of the past. Things may get lost or lose it’s relevance as the life move forward but the moments associated with them are precious.
