13 December- Day of Abundance of love ❤

Simply beautiful

Like a gentle breeze

You touch me everyday

Why

Should I miss you?

When I have so much to Thank You for

Strong like Sun

Bright like Moon

You taught us “FEARLESSNESS

Gave us “Free WILL”

With lot of humor

And

A pinch of sarcasm

You may have left this world

But not our thoughts.

On your Birthday we remember you with gratitude and bow to your selfless existance🙏🏻💕🙏🏻

Today We don’t look the same but definitely feel the same

In this journey of life, the bond of Togetherness have grown stronger because of YOU MAA

Dedicated to my mother on her Birthday

The video I did today because she was like ocean……

Watching the vastness

Waves playing with the shore

Running to and fro

Orchestrating the music

Here I am standing on the sidelines

Remembering her fragrance

Searching for her spirit somewhere

What was she an ocean of love ?

Or the free flowing wind ?

May be both

The spring in her walk

Relentless will to survive

She lived every moment

With enthusiasm of a child

Watching ebb and flow

I long to hide myself in her arms

Merge into her embrace

Hidden from preying eyes

In her life she was never a coward

The why she left without a goodbye?

These Whys would haunt me until the end

Yes I miss her all the time

Then again find her in the realms of my being

What really am I ?

Truth is ……

Her essence left behind

Today’s sun majestic in setting so was she, Sun would come back tomorrow but she left once for all

GRATITUDE MOMENTS-MOTHER’S DAY

Smt. Shanti Devi

Smt Pushpa Vaid

When I look back at my formative years two women come to my mind. Both my grandmothers . One my mothers mother (Shanti Devi) & other my mothers *Massi (Pushpa Vaid)
*Mother’s sister.

Today I pay tribute to them for being exceptional human beings. Humble, kind , gentle yet strong and well-read. None of them had much formal education. But their knowledge of Hindu scriptures and Vedas amazes me even today.

They taught me the value of time. Reading RAMAYANA, GITA and other books during their free time instead of gossip. Telling us stories of our rich cultural and religious heritage in the form of stories and bhajans (devotional songs) and teaching by their own example the simple and honest ways of life. They may not have their names mentioned in History but would definitely be part of my storytelling to my grandchildren as I owe them my value system.

My deepest Gratitude and respect for these two amazing women on ‘MOTHER’S DAY” ❤❤💙

MASSI – My Mother

M

Every day we thank our mothers in so many ways but today it being “Mother’s day” is a reminder for us to say it in a special way. For us (Me, my brother Sanjay, and sister (Joy) our Massi is our mother our world. Massi (mother’s sister) means like mother, but she has treated us like her own children and stood by us in each and every moment of our joys and sorrows. In today’s world it is rear to find love so selfless and so profound. No words of gratitude could express what you mean to us.

Her embracing arms are our shelter,

Her soft hands have the healing magic,

Her wisdom a guiding light in our path,

Where would we find love so pure?

It is only in her beautiful eyes.

She said you are never alone,

She said you are part of my world,

She said I am the rock you can lean on,

She said all your sorrows are mine,

She cries when we are in pain,

She Laughs when we are happy,

She said my home is yours,

Where would we find someone like her,

We thank her everyday in thousand ways,

Her being in our life is blessing of GOD,

MAA(mother) represents HIM on this earth,

But in our life HE had send two representatives,

One was our mother and other is our MASSI,

Today is a day to salute her and say Thank you,

For showering us with her unconditional love.
