After India’s success of Mission Chandrayaan -2, surreal moon and its many phases still holds the same fascination for me.

Oh!! the clouds, the rain
All shades of  grey
On the Hottest desert Summer
Feel of cool air A respite
Overjoyed at the splatters
Then I opened the door
Hot windy air touched my face
It looked like winter rain
OH! For these tinted glassdoor
What an illusion
Contemplating …….it is not just this scene but how we see the world with our tinted vision 👓

How would you describe yourself to someone?
People see the other person the way they want to, with their preconceived opinions. So I prefer not to say much when meeting someone for the first time.
Not many are actually interested in knowing you, be it family friends, coworkers or strangers.
Keep yourself away from harms way –
— other people’s expectations
— your own expectations

What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Awarness that everything and everyone is a situation . Anger, frustration or any other related emotions are draining one’s energy.
Moderate lifestyle to keep life simple. As too much of anything is bad.
What would you change about modern society?
The violence towards other beings. Respect the boundries of decency in the society.
Stop the cruelty, like what happened in Manipur. These kind of incidents are barbaric and shows the lowest possible psyche of so called civil society.
Mindless to mindful living.
Awarness that we are here for a short duration, use the natural resources but preserve the balance.

Future worries
Enemies of Present
Only way out – Talk to SELF
