Everyone has to make their own efforts.

Else stepping on each other’s toes
One or both may fall down

I hide inside my thoughts Loving the pindrop silence Only my breath I can hear
I am free of time and space Surrounded by clouds I feel so protected

is a luxury which not many people have in many parts of the world
So it may be first thing to be grateful for in the morning. And as the day goes by, being aware of many such things (which we take for granted) by the bed-time you would realize being one of the fortunate few.
