Grandma Mrs Chander Ummatt

         Grandson Sumer S. Sandhu

like the Sun she shines bright

Inspiring and loving

She is GURU in true sense

We bow to her with gratitude

And thank ALMIGHTY 🙏🏻

For her presence in our life

This lockdown is an extraordinary situtaion. Face masks, sanitizers, work from home and online education is the new normal.

Help the world has become a new endeavor and virtual world has been choked with all kind of teachings, guidance and knowledge to ease the woes of all. And in the process missing out the immediate surroundings.

On the teachers day (even though bit late on that) I salute the extraordinary GURU in my life- My MASSI (mother’s sister) . When people are running out to save the world, she is quietly working her magic to make things easy for just one little one -her grandson Summer.

Sumeir is just 4 years old, for him online classes and learning doesn’t mean a thing. He is naughty, fun-filled, innocent and playful child. But this society doesn’t care for his dreamy world , for them what matters is piling the syllabus, discipline , homework on to him.

To make life easy for her grandson Chander created such a beautiful and unique concept of learning with a dedication and passion that it just left me speechless. I have dedicated several posts to her, but this is not just a post. It is gratitude for her selfless and loving personality.

When I asked her what is keep her so busy that she hardly has time to talk ?

Her simple reply humbled me . In her own words

“I have created a small class room in the home to create an environment for joyful learning for my grandson Sumer, who is 4 yrs old.l just wanted to share with you because its not only helping Sumer but me also.lt proved to be a stress buster during lockdown period, ofcourse it is a continuous process. Now l am strong believer,if at all we can do something for our children that is going to help us more physically, mentally, emotionally and give us a feel of fulfillment.”

The video and the pictures were clicked just impromptu. she did not have any idea that I would be uploading it here.

Video

Inside her magic bag

                 Hidden deep

                           is

Her love and generosity

                       Endless

My eyes brim with tears

                      Gratitude

For her priceless presence ❤

In her huggs resides

                   my 🌏World

Random thought- Easy solutions

Step away from the problem ,take a break and observe it from a distant

Solution is always there, it is matter of you not seeing it

Every wrong has a right and vice-versa

Giving oneself a break saves not only time and energy, also save one from angery frustrations and exhaustion

Once fresh come back and work , you would be wondering why I didn’t see it before 😲😲

For me it works , it may for you also.

Back to normal ….

Almost all restrictions removed DUBAI is almost back to normal except for mask and safe distance

Would we be normal ever again  ?
Would a sneeze
Be responded with “GOD bless”
Or
A suspicious look ?

Would  a cough
Be clearing throat
Or
Something more ?

Vaccine or not
Some things would never be normal for a long looooong time

Humanity at its lowest

The killing of a pregnant Elephant by putting crackers in pineapple have shocked the sensibilities. How cruel mindset of few shames the whole humanity.

These people should not only be punished but also be named and shamed publicly. It is a crime which needs to be punished swiftly, setting an example.

Why the media especially the TV channels are not hunting them and questioning their inhuman act of violence.

Random- Worst Effected

People who are

looking for ways to keep mind and body fit means they have

More than enough food in their plates

Roof over their heads

Cupboards full of clothes

Extra bucks to pay for online activities

Still have the audacity to complain that they are the worst effected.

Please stop cribbing

Random thoughts

Nature is perfect static

Not missing a thing

But then

Only we are unique

The explorers……
