In the World of Thoughts 
Almond trees, maybe because of almond milk, is a growth industry in California. However it requires a lot of water which the state really does not have
They used to grow vegetables on this land and could grow fewer vegetables in drought years
Can’t do that with an almond trees.

I feel we can minimize the use of milk and milk products. Soy milk is good
