Lately, I have been practicing the Art of BLOCKING. The unpleasant situations we face from time to time , leaves one angry, frustrated and with a lot of other (not so pleasant) feelings. And we carry it as baggage , which becomes heavier with passage of time. The question is not who was right or wrong, but it’s effect on You.
Forgive and forget theory does not work most of the time, blocking does. It may not be as easy as blocking a person on social media, but it is effective. A few days of silent or loud visualization of unpleasant experiences would bore the mind. And after a few days, you may hardly remember it.
It may need full attention and awareness in the beginning , gradually it would become auto response. You will have your inner space clean and clear
